I've seen turkey shoots that have a greater quantity of professionalism coordination and interaction with customers. I do not know if I was the first patient assigned to this so-called coordinator. But I do know my experience with her has been horrific. Communication is terrible... I have been strung along for no reason other than a lack of job knowledge Causing Constantly pushing my surgery time back because of their lack of communication with information written in black and white. That they have possessed from the beginning. If I did not already have 3 months and a pile of insurance charges for test. I would go somewhere else. So far my experience has not been good at all.. But when you only have one or two options in the area. It pretty much narrows it down to what you can or can't do. Kind of like dealing with the IRS. Damned if you do damned if you don't. Damned either way. Maybe one day in another 7 weeks I will get a surgery date. As I mentioned before I've been dealing with this since the middle of November 2025. Today's date is March 9th. 2026. Dealing with Dr durgan staff. Has not at all been a pleasure. But as long as they're getting their money. They don't care. You know the old saying apologies for no change? Well that's called manipulation. And they manipulate very very well.

There were several people waiting for an appointment when I arrived but the lobby was large enough for us to be physically distant. The staff that checked me in and took my x-rays was wonderful and very friendly. Additionally Dr. Loeb was very kind and explained my options for treatment. I found him to be quite personable. If I ever have issues again I will not hesitate to return to this establishment.

I sighed in and waited a little bit, there was a lot of people there on a Monday at 8:30am. I was finally called to be evaluated. I ended up getting together with Dr. Jordan Walters and proceeded to make quick plans for surgery that same week. This was my first surgery ever and I was very curious about the entire process of everyone's jobs so everyone was pretty nice to talk to about what was going to happen. I had my surgery at their older TOC building with physical therapy on the left side and the surgeries taking place on the right side. Overall, I'm one week post op recovering now and already have my leg at 40% ROM with no pain. This is definitely an experience.

More so, I went there weeks after falling for the millionth time on the same blasted ankle. It is literally my Achilles heel. It was easier to see a specialist at this location than going to my PCP. Even more incredible is how quickly you are seen and how efficient they are! In my case, they did some exams and it was proven that I have no fractures this time around. Nevertheless given my history, I was sent to physical therapy and that's where I am now. It is a work in progress and all, but I'm happy to have gotten the attention I did at this location. I would 100% recommend and my only regret is that I did no go sooner.

Pay attention, this is how AI will replace jobs but they don't get it. Nor does it leave a positive opinion of the facility. While the care is great, just be prepared for the AI run around if you have to call for any reason.

She's still dealing with the ramifications of his mistake, and a friend of hers recently saw him for hand surgery, which he also botched, so now she too has to have another surgery with a different surgeon to fix this guy's mistakes. The orthopedic center has some good surgeons on staff, but this guy isn't one of them. Keep yourself or your loved one safe and request a different surgeon.
