I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building. I've never heard of this, but maybe this is why they turn patients away and get behind. Terrible!!!!!!! Dr. Nickerson was completely unprofessional and rude and got into my face and told me to "stop with my comments". I responded that he has trouble with communication. Her response was that she has a son and boys can communicate just fine. This is not a comparison of her child who I have never met. Nor does this have anything to do with gender. As a parent I have the right to ask questions and help my son communicate his needs. I also need to mention that she initially refused to check his vision claiming there is a 2 year expiration on his glasses prescription. It was an eye appointment and we were there to determine if his vision had changed. I had to push her into checking his vision which is unbelievable considering she was billing our insurance for the eye vision check.

I've seen turkey shoots that have a greater quantity of professionalism coordination and interaction with customers. I do not know if I was the first patient assigned to this so-called coordinator. But I do know my experience with her has been horrific. Communication is terrible... I have been strung along for no reason other than a lack of job knowledge Causing Constantly pushing my surgery time back because of their lack of communication with information written in black and white. That they have possessed from the beginning. If I did not already have 3 months and a pile of insurance charges for test. I would go somewhere else. So far my experience has not been good at all.. But when you only have one or two options in the area. It pretty much narrows it down to what you can or can't do. Kind of like dealing with the IRS. Damned if you do damned if you don't. Damned either way. Maybe one day in another 7 weeks I will get a surgery date. As I mentioned before I've been dealing with this since the middle of November 2025. Today's date is March 9th. 2026.
