I stopped by with pictures of my rug and details to get an estimate. They went into detail about what a deep cleaning would involve and I was impressed. My rug is just an inexpensive synthetic, but I have not been able to find anything to replace it with for less than what it cost to clean. It now looks brand new and no more dog smells!

There was no problem taking home several carpet samples for a few days, trying to make my decision. One thing I really appreciated was their array of companies, fabric, colors, information on content and environmental/allergen free choices. I was lucky to have Molly assist me because I was overwhelmed, not being someone who shops for carpet often. Molly found samples closer to what I wanted than I had found. I was stuck and she was patient and helpful, never pushy. I ended up choosing a large and fabulous area rug which Sergenians have several stacks of. Jacob was also very helpful finding runner choices for me.

Madison Turners is a small nonprofit with a long history in Madison. we selected Sergenians to…read moreremove a large amount of glue down carpet over concrete and replace it with lvt glue down because of a moisture problem which we explained to them. We selected them because of their experience and long history in the community. We thought they would be knowledgeable and stand behind their work. Boy were we wrong! Their subcontractor botched the installation. within a few months, we had adhesive constantly oozing from the cracks in the lvt, damaging the equipment placed over it and posing a slip and fall risk for our customers. We met with Sergenians staff several times once we figured out what was happening. They were either unwilling or unable to come up with solutions and suggested that we are somehow responsible for the problem which is absurd. They also interfered when we tried to get tech support from their adhesive supplier. Don't assume that longevity necessarily means better reliability or quality! We paid a premium for a shoddy installation that they were unwilling to stand behind.

And in case you don't know, they do have a credit card But who am I to get anybody in trouble? Haha! The credit card is pretty good and I usually have rewards every time I shop. They also do 15% off for birthday coupons if you are a member. Yesterday I was able to clean my 15% off and I had a five dollar reward. I wouldn't say the customer service is the best for my retail manager point of view, but if you ask questions, they will answer them. They don't necessarily go out of their way to ask how you're doing or any of that stuff though. I will say I still enjoy every trip that I go there. Yesterday I bought bubbly an array of items for charcuterie boards, and some really amazing gourmet snacks, not to mention a couple of hot sauces. If you are a foodie and wine person , love imported culinary delights, this place is for you. It was a great shopping trip and I can't wait to go back.!

Our Persian rug got soaked when out basement flooded, and the Minasian Rug team handled our…read moresituation exceptionally well at every point. We wanted the rug dried out - we couldn't just hang it over a railing bc it was soaking and we had rain in the forecast for the next several - and while many other companies needed us to bring the rug to their site, Minasian said they could pick up our rug that afternoon, clean it at their facility and return it to our house at a date we would schedule. They quoted us a competitive price, their team showed up that same day (on time), their team guys were friendly and professional, and they removed our wet (now useless) rug pad, in addition to taking our rug for cleaning. A few days later, the company called us to schedule home delivery of our cleaned rug. They gave us a tight (30-minute) window - not one of these cases where a company gives you a 4-hour window! - their team arrived on time, and again, the guys were super helpful and friendly. Although we didn't buy a rug pad from Minasian - we got one from elsewhere online - their team cut our rug pad (at my request) to fit our rug's size. All around, fantastic service! I recommend Minasian and would use them again.

I had first entertained the idea of purchasing said chair a few months ago and went in to see their selection. Prior to going in, I had found a 10% off coupon in the Reader, so the incentive to purchase from Rubin's rose proportionately. They had a vast selection of modern contemporary furniture on 2 levels. I had a hard time deciding exactly what to select, but after perusing the inventory, I made up my mind. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. The particular chaise I ordered wasn't in stock and had to be ordered from their warehouse in Madison, WI and would take approximately 8 weeks. I was disappointed to have to wait so long, but good things come to those who wait. I got my chair about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It's comfortable as well as stylish. Can a piece of furniture be sexy? Absolutely. And I just ordered a second chair.
