Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with. In speaking (text) with Holy Spirit, they asked if they could come on Wed or Fri, I told them Fri would be best for my schedule. They responded by asking for my address and a time. I provided my address and told them I'm available all day. I got no response to them time they would be coming. I followed up with them the next morning and still got no response. Friday has come and gone, so I guess I'm not getting a response. Glad I have 3 other contractors to work with.
