Took lots of time with me to listen and understand my problems, did X-rays, reviewed all my medical documentation, determined that the cause of my pain is the IM rod in my tibia, was able to give me a detailed and logical explanation for why he could not do surgery to remove the rod, and gave me suggestions for how to manage the pain given that surgery was not an option. I have spoken with Rebecca the office manager who is very rude and Barb the medical assistant is allowed to submit forms to the insurance company, illegible and wrong. Once again Dr. Bogan always tries to fix the situation, but the staff should not be working in healthcare. Today, I will speak with a Lawyer and file charges against them because, why am I being targeted? Is it because of the color of my skin or it because of my weight. I am a nurse myself and I am appalled by the experience and lack of compassion. I had a meeting with the office Manager Rebecca and Barb, and this problem still continues.
