Even though they decided to still take me in, the entire interaction felt unprofessional. After filling out the paperwork, I mentioned I would be paying out of pocket. During a phone call I had with the office about 3 weeks earlier, I was told the visit would cost around $110-$120. However, the front desk suddenly told me it would be $200. When I explained what I had previously been told, instead of trying to help or clarify professionally, I was asked "what office did you call?" and told it was "maybe the coupon price." If that price was discussed before, it should have been honored or at least handled respectfully. Instead, I was basically given an ultimatum: either continue with the appointment at the higher price or cancel. I chose to cancel. Overall, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I searched on Yelp and Solano Chiropractic Health Center was rated very highly. I called this morning and they took her in the same day. In listening to the doctor McEvilly, I can definitely hear a high level of care and professionalism. He believes he can get my Sister in-law in much better shape than surgery. Post 1st treatment, my Sister In-law said she could already feel a difference. We returned for a 2nd visit and my Sister in-law said she can definitely feel even more better! I also had the misconception that they simply push and pull on your limbs unnecessarily and then you're on your way. I finally took my husband's advice and saw Dr. Dobson after having sciatica. He was great - listened to my issue, explained what he was doing beforehand, and definitely didn't "push or pull" on anything just for the hell of it.
