Recovering from surgery is no picnic, and it helps so much to be working with people who genuinely care about me. Mari, the wonderful woman at the front desk, was the first person I met. She smiled and greated me pleasantly. She is always extremely friendly when I come in for treatments. Danny, the physical therapist and owner of Thrive, is professional, warm and cares a great deal about his patients. He is encouraging and supportive, and pushes me to accomplish the goals we set. My appointments always start on time and I receive a lot of personal attention. Orlando, Arturo and Jiselle, his assistants, are all amazing and they do everything they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Working with this group of people has made this, otherwise traumatic experience, a lot easier for me.

From my first encounter some months ago on the phone to my initial evaluation, it was apparent that Danny and his entire staff were very sensitive and professional in how they treated patients. After evaluating me, Danny laid out a plan for intensive therapy. Progress was slow at the beginning but after much perseverance, both on my part and that of his staff, I was pain free. And have remained that way ever since. More recently I injured my neck and was treated by his associate Hector. Hector is also a physical therapist who incorporates some different techniques in his treatment. He practices traditional PT but in addition, uses "dry needling". Again, the professionalism and caring I experienced with everyone at the clinic was over the top. And once again after some intensive work with Hector, I am good as new. If you need Physical Therapy, I recommend you ask your PCP or Orthopedist to refer you for treatment at Thrive. Yes it is bit of a drive but worth every minute it takes to get there.

The staff demonstrated tremendous concern about my recovery and goals, and worked for 24 sessions to get me back to normal life -- and back on the golf course -- ahead of schedule. Their care for my individual issues and pain levels was authentic and everyone who worked with me knew the backstory, were familiar with the surgical report, and showed great interest in truly helping me. The minute I walked in, every time, I felt like I was with friends. Physical therapy is hard. But these good people work hard to make it easier. They know what they're doing and they do it well. My thanks to all of them. -- Bill B.

He had never worked with me before but his assistant, who had, was working with someone else. I feel that he resented having to work with me that day. I kept telling him enough and that it was really hurting but he did not care and kept pushing my arm way back and in different directions anyway. I have been in severe pain ever since and because of his lack of empathy and his incompetence, I am worse, in pain and my recovery has really been derailed and affected. Physical Therapists are NEVER supposed to hurt a patient and are supposed to STOP when there is pain! I never returned.
