It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. They completed all the work extremely efficiently and were super friendly throughout the process, asking me questions about my preferences and paying superb attention to details on cleanup after working on any sprinklers that required lifting the grass in that area. Everything worked perfectly on the first try after repairs were made; and the team from Felix managed to completely solve ongoing issues with the sprinkler setup right at the junction of my driveway and walkway. Left stumps unfinished, and yard mess. Had additional work to get done, and they did not show up on they day they set up appointment and there was no call or communication to give us heads up. Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.

Up until recently never had a bad experience and always left thinking about what would be next on the list! However, just had my first bad experience after 20+ years very recently. Involved a written quote obtained while in their office regarding the specifics of the job, and after the service was completed - I was yelled at and cursed on a phone call afterwards - a proposed 50% a increase in price was demanded for the job completed. Legal action was threatened if I did not comply. Ironically - less items on the list were completed and manpower present had decreased from 3 to 2 workers. Reason - that their written quote had been wrong - only discovered after the job was finished and the crew had left. Long story short, won't go back ever. Payment based on original written quote - sent.
