USER BEWARE! Food delivery service. Local to the Texoma (Texas/Oklahoma) area rather than…read morenationwide. They use a company in Florida to process their orders. We had a $100 debit charged to our card for a food delivery in addition to the food/delivery we ordered. If we had not checked our bank account we would have never caught it. We had to contact Texoma Delivery which then had to refer it to their IT department which then had to research why the charge was on our card. Come to find out, the company in Florida "erroneously" charged the $100. Took us two weeks to get the money back and then only after e mailing them after they, (company in Florida) contacted us acknowledging their error. In addition to that nightmare, our experience has been so-so. Deliveries have been late, one almost an hour late. Food is cold. Use 'em if you want. We won't be.

When the Mosaic African Ancestry Network was putting on our Black History Month Happy Hour and Panel event, we had to have them cater. They made our lives to much easier. Sparkle was able to coordinate our options to accommodate our budget and the number of people we were going to have. Chef G sent over the menu choices and it was hard not to choose them all. They did offer to do a tasting so we could choose the best apps for our event. Everything was wonderful! Some how we were able to narrow it down to 4 options. Fried Collard Green Egg Rolls - These were life changing! I never would have thought to put collard greens and smoked turkey in an egg roll.It is the best combination ever. Chef G is changing the game with this one Mini Brisket Stuffed Cornbread Cups - This sweet cornbread with the tender brisket in bbq sauce as a cute little sandwich. I could have eaten 5 or 6 of these but I was able to contain myself to one Mini Chicken and Cornbread Waffles - They even had little cups of syrup to serve with them.
