But the last time I ordered from them I found a hair in a quesadilla and it definitely wasn't mine because it was literally inside the quesadilla when I took a bite and it was too long and a different color to be mine. I called to ask if I could have a refund or something and the girl on the phone told me it was impossible there was hair in it and she told me I could come in with the picture and they could "see what they could do". Honestly the whole situation was super awkward because how are you going to tell me it's impossible for there to be hair in my food when I'm literally telling you I found it and to make matters worse she said their chef is bald so that's ever grosser because who's hair was that. Outside of the hair and the shitty costumer service the food was good though ‍

I too have been totally scammed by this company and the scamming just continues. I have exchanged…read morecountless emails with this company to inquire about my purchase from 3 weeks ago not being shipped and every time I have received the most ridiculous unprofessional replies. Each time assured that I would have my product any time now and in "plenty of time " for the 4th of July which is what their marketing targets for. Even in my last attempt to inquire AGAIN why my package had not been shipped this past Monday after it was promised, since it wasn't shipped last Friday as also promised, I am given excuses and a FAKE refund receipt that has the wrong credit card number on it. Trust me that waste your money on the cute advertising like what I saw and purchased from on Instagram this company is a scam. I doubt I will ever see my money and we took advantage of my vulnerability over my dog fear of fireworks to get me to purchase a product that I would not receive in time for the Fourth of July. Now with very little time left, I will be trying to find another option to protect my dog that holiday weekend this company is unreal. Do not be fooled like I was.
