What really made our visit special was the unexpected history lesson he gave us about beer. You could tell he genuinely loved what he was talking about, and his knowledge and enthusiasm absolutely made our day. It's not every day you walk into a liquor store and leave with a smile because of the person working there. His kindness and personality made such an impression on us that we'll be buying all of our liquor here from now on. This place just felt so warm and welcome because of him. I visited Fish's Liquor in Fort Collins after watching a nationally broadcast video that featured a…read morecustomer purchasing a particular spirit from the store at a specific price. Just a few days later, I visited the store hoping to purchase the same bottle and found it priced at more than three times the amount shown in the broadcast. To be clear, I understand that businesses can set their own prices and that prices may change at any time. My concern is not simply the price itself. My concern is how I was treated when I politely asked about the difference and referenced the video I had seen. Instead of receiving a reasonable explanation, I was met with what I felt was a rude and dismissive attitude from two employees. When I asked to speak with a manager or the store owner, I was told that neither worked weekends. Rather than offering a way to contact management or trying to address my concerns, I was repeatedly asked to leave the store. As a customer, I felt embarrassed, unwelcome, and disrespected.. I was simply asking a reasonable question about a product and its pricing. I would have been perfectly satisfied with a professional explanation, even if I disagreed with it. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. I am posting this review in the hope that the store owner or manager will respond. I would genuinely like to understand why I was treated this way and whether this reflects the level of customer service Fish's Liquor expects its employees to provide. If management would like to discuss this incident, I would welcome the opportunity to have a respectful conversation. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fish's Liquor and will be taking my business elsewhere.
