An appointment for me will normally take about 40 minutes to an hour as these guys are very thorough. I visited last year for my first full-length eye-test, and the Optician, a very gentle and entertaining chap, really did a fantastic job. He went into great detail to explain various conditions to me, not just the symptoms but the scientific causes, and seemed to enjoy sharing information. The price was good, and the service was excellent.

These guys are definitely a cut above. Can't remember what the optemetrist was called but they were lovely and gave me some good info about eye care ! Will be coming back here as required!

I ordered a frame online, automated purchase message said "we'll let you know when your order is on…read moreits way". A week later I messaged their customer service to get an update, no response. I tried the chat function on their website, no response. I sent a message on their facebook page, no response. After my second email to customer service they responded by saying "we'll let you know when it's on its way". I emailed back to ask them to specify if I should wait a day, a week or a month but of course nobody bothered to reply. There's no option to cancel the order so I'll have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back. I'm sure they're lovely people in the store but their online customer service is non-existent.

For one it is absolutely massive, based over two floors you can find beauty products, pet products, stationary, gardening, home ware, art and so much more! It's so modern and clean which is likely because it's so new but it's very appealing to walk in and look around! I really loved it and was in their for ages searching around!!

They will ask you what your budget is and find you some well within your perice range. They have made my children comfortable about visiting the opticians and made it a game when they were very little. they have books suitalbe for the little one to look at whist they are waiting to be seen.
