All of the staff are very well trained and extremely helpful and will not only take a great deal of time to advise you on frame selection but will always fit you in if you have any problems or need to see the optician urgently. It's just a very caring and friendly place where they will get to know you as a person and cater to your individual needs, and offer a much pleasanter experience than the larger, more expensive and not always particularly accurate branded optician stores.

So when I was due for my yearly check up I was delighted to hear they do bi-focal. Great I thought!!! Reading & night vision together brilliant! Until I wore them...could not get into them at all.
