It is obviously in a useful location within the railway station, to get some essentials before your train, there are much better Superdrug locations nearby if you are looking for something in particular, but this store stocks most of the basics you'd expect to find, and a good-to-go beverage section. I do think adding a small range of snacks, even a couple of flavours of crisps to go alongside this section would make it better, although I have never seen that in a Superdrug store. The staff seemed friendly enough and managed to cope well with how busy the store gets. 3* - I prefer Boots nearby but this isn't a bad alternative.

So, if his physician tells him to take this why would a counter person be able to refuse that advice. My husband goes to Boots and purchases the medication and is only told that he should not take it for more than 3 days because it is addictive. Considering that it's such a small pharmacy in an otherwise not very lively street (there area few small shops and Pennine Drive Surgery doctor's office nearby, but that's it), I think the opening hours are quite good - during the week, they stay open until 7pm, and on Saturdays, they are open until 1pm. If you are a patient of the Pennine Drive Surgery, when you ask for prescriptions, you can just tick a box asking for the prescription to be delivered straight to this pharmacy, and pick your medication straight there. As the surgery is not open on Saturdays, but the pharmacy is, this has saved me many times when I needed a prescription urgently.

I took a good look around and I will say this is a good place to get nutrition supplements as well like Solgar vitamins. Some of the brands they sell are Clarins and Vichy and they have a whole load of fragrances. This store is crammed with all sorts of stuff, and the makeup is the main attraction and some furry animals slippers. This is a health gift shop not a chemist.
