Lots of little accessories for nails and hair so plenty of things you can grab to make a little at home salon for a night in with you and the girls.

Bypassing the premature Christmas presents, this Boots has the usual great cosmetic and toiletry ranges, and those all important offers. However, look closely before you buy, as although the buy one get one free offers are obviously a gift from the heavens, check into those "2 for €4.50" ones - you might be saving just a few cent.

And it's usually good! This chemist is mostly used by office staff in and around the Sandyford industrial estate. They pile in here to get the usual headache tablets and Lemsip's depending on their ailment of course! But this chemist offer much more. It has those fancy make up counters that are usually reserved for the likes of brown Thomas, it has a children's section that includes all sorts of accoutrements that are needed by babies and toddlers. Then there is the normal make up stands that fit into the shelving of the shop. On top of all this there is a stand that always has twinkly things hanging from it, little statues made of crystal, I have never bought one but they sure are eye catchers! Aside from these barely-worthy-of-note deals the whole feel of the place is excruciatingly dated - even the logo looks behind the times. The beauty electrical goods on offer are not state of the art by any means - instead of offering the customer the likes of revolutionary GHD straighteners with universal voltage and advanced ceramic heaters we are met with passé Remington curling tongs and Babyliss 'turbo' (laughable how they try and amplify the quality of something that is essentially junk with this type of heightened terminology) hair dryer - the likes of which I was buying when I was a naïve, meager 15 year old. Beyond the store's offering there's also books, recommendations and full details on the brands stocked to help shoppers make their choices. Prices are the same in store as online, making me think I'll be heading there more readily than back to the Arcade.
