Everyone on the British Isles will be familiar with the Boots chain of pharmacies. There's nothing new to report here, the building housing Boots is a tiny bit interesting and the products sold here are as expected, if not a little Spartan in some departments.
I have bought one item here out of necessity but I plan never to do so again for one simple reason: Des Brady has run the local pharmacy, which is almost next door, for as long as I can remember and I feel it's important to support these local businesses whenever possible. Funnily enough, the neighbourhood appears to agree with me and have all but forsaken this generic franchise. read more
