However, their headphones were all broken and I could not get the tour to work in any seat. No help from the captain and I did not get to learn about anything that I was seeing. The boat had a partial roof on that made it hard to actually see anything you were passing, unless you stood up, which you could only do briefly. When I explained what happened to the cashier, she refused to give me any sort of refund. This was not worth an hour of my time or the 10 euro ticket price. Try another company and avoid this rundown one.
