After about 6 mths, we could no longer handle the deafening silence from the slowness in business and we quickly switched back to our old agency. We very rapidly saw an increase again. I felt like an absolute fool for switching just because they were a little cheaper. At that time, we also cancelled SEO but they persuaded us to stay for a little longer because SEO does take longer to see results. Like the fool that I was, I agreed. After yet another 2 to 3 months, the results were the same, basically no results. So I cancelled as I really did not want them to do anything else for us. I feel like they are just basically "shuffling papers." They told me they had to charge our card one more time due to their 15 day cancellation policy even if they don't do anything else for the next month. I told them that they should reconsider that decision, being that we saw not just no results but negative results from our paid search, and zero results from SEO. We wasted almost 1 year of time and fees with them. They were unrelenting, so I said if you charge us, I will post this review of our experience with them. They chose to take our money 1 more time, so here we are. This is my honest review. Did I regret switching to them? Yes. Will I recommend them? No.
