I know it was stupid for me to agree to this, I just assumed that they were a reputable business. But please heed my warning and don't fall into this trap like I did! They strung me along for those whole two months, making all sorts of BS excuses, even apologized saying they were "on vacation" when I know they were open. The clincher? When I finally got my laptop back, the issue was not even aptly fixed - I started having the same issue a week after getting it back. I have never felt so blatantly and egregiously scammed by a business before. I am actively in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
