There is a wide selection of shoes for everyone, and I found several pair I wanted. The sales personnel there were helpful and pleasant. While they were not occupied with customers, they were busy straightening and restocking. The one who checked us out even verified both shoes in the box I was purchasing were the same size (I'm sure this is SOP, but it happens rarely enough that I noticed her doing it). I recommend going soon to see the huge selection of winter boots they have right now!

The opening on some shoes is small and very difficult to get my foot in. Others are larger and wider and are easier to manipulate my foot in. I find the sneakers work better and a few no-tie versions... I bought a pair croc type from them for around the house. After 2 weeks my feet developed such pain I had to stop wearing them. Went to checkout and one of the girls that was standing in the corner came over to the register and had the rudest look on her face and when she bagged up the hat i bought she shoved it towards me and said "Have a great day" in the most sarcastic tone and then rolled her eyes and walked back to her corner as we were leaving.

I am thankful this store has survived. Dillard's is one of my go to stores when shopping in Texomaland or back home in Dallas.

In order to get to Dillards you have to literally walk past dozens of empty stores. It's kinda eerie. They recently reopened the movie theater near the empty arcade, and it's half price, plus you get to bring in your own food bought from the food court only. So, you can get to bring in sushi? I think they might be opening a wing place, and a Mexican food place if they haven't already. I heard they plan on closing the mall and only keep Sears open because they own the mall. I do miss the corn dog place that closed down about 5-10 years ago.
