Mattresses plus more owner is lying to Customers and…read moretricking them by telling them they will receive a base on floor and then giving you something different, they took me to court after I tried to dispute my charges for receiving the wrong item. It's been about a year since I've bought my bed and just found mold after I paid the amount in full. This bed had a tag on it that said delivered in 2019.. .... sat somewhere collecting mold.... bought my bed in 2020 and don't even use the base because it malfunctions. I was forced to keep an item I did not want! This place is the same as Denison, McKinney and Durant. It's the same owner at each one and he is perfectly fine will screaming at you if you try to ask for what you actually financed.

I recently bought a cute necklace for a NOLA, girls trip and somehow it broke. I phoned the store to see what the return policy was and to see if they had another in stock. Charlee the sales associate took my information over the phone and she found the necklace I wanted to replace. Once I arrived at the store, Zach had a new necklace in a bag. I mentioned I needed new "work" jeans- in a flash he hooked me up with my new favorite jeans and a new necklace. Kudos, Buckle team!
