And at this point we decided to leave. After she gave us no reason for why we could stay. And then when we call back and complain the next manager tells me her name and then tells me that it's private property and that they can do whatever they want once I tell him this story and then act like he didn't know her name when I asked for it again. So we decided to sit in the parking lot a little longer to figure out what we're going to do about this and had to go about talking to her and get us to go in there and look for shoes cuz they got a good deals and we just wanted a pair of shoes. About 30 minutes later after her customer that was in there and leaves she comes out locks the doors and goes to her car parked 3 cars from us and get in the car and no lie on everything I love she pulls out a meth pipe and starts smoking whatever is in that pipe. And not only did she pull out a pipe she pulls out a foil and a straw to her mouth she lights up whatever's on the foil. So needs to say she has a drug problem so maybe that's her problem because we never been a problem in any store and personal don't know anything about drugs other than the worst and that explains her behavior. She needed a fix and couldn't be bothered with another customer till afterwards.

Carmela was very helpful and got me fitted with a pair of shoes that were supposed to do the trick. I tried said shoes for two weeks, coming back a couple of times to have a few little tweaks. Unfortunately the shoes hurt my legs and feet so badly that I knew I could no longer wear them. I went back in to see Carmela. What could be done? I'd spent a lot of money on shoes that I could not wear. Carmela made it right, and now I have shoes that are comfortable and I am happy to wear to work!!
