I know that I am owed money and I'm sure there are items that didn't sell, I was never contacted about them closing and there's no forwarding address or contact information. I would like to have some guidance on what to do next. I have dealt with this store for years and was very disappointing to find out that they moved out and didn't square up with their customers first.

The woman working behind the counter was so sweet and helpful! It's great that this area has a local option to purchase clothing and shoes without driving farther to a big corporate store.

I went here for a shoe repair. Not only was the repair botched with very poor craftsmanship (chunks…read moremissing from the footbed, glue everywhere, shoe polish sloppily thrown onto the shoe - including on top of the buckle, but not underneath), but also the shoes were "fixed" without permission when I went to pick them up a second time. The leather and cork were SANDED down unevenly, scratched, and actually ripped in an attempt to hastily try to repair the first terrible repair job. I was then screamed at and told I was a "perfectionist who will never be happy" when I expressed disappointment in the poor repair. I was the only customer in store and had three adult employees screaming in my face who I had to ask twice to please stop yelling. Never once received an understanding or apologetic tone from the manager. Instead she actually laughed when I said I wanted my shoes fixed correctly or replaced. I was also told I was trying to "con them" for wanting a job well done. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and frankly unskilled staff. I didn't expect my shoes to look brand new again but I did expect and SHOULD expect for them to be repaired well. Shop small. Shop local. But do not shop here.

At the final fitting my dad said he was much nicer and helpful and allowed him to take the tuxes 2 days early. He overcharged me money and we had proof on a receipt what the price was. After a rude phone call by me and my father, he realized it was HIS mistake and refunded me the money...but of course... Instead of just putting the money back on my card, he said he could only give me a check or cash and I had to go back to the shop to pick it up..... So again.... An inconvenicene I had to go back to the shop and get the money he owed me. I had to wait another 25 min before he even came to the desk to acknowledge me. The hours are limited. I don't know how he can even keep the business running. M-F only open from 12 to 6 or 2-8, sometimes you must call ahead to make sure he will even be there. Both times I went and the time my husband went for his final fitting the owner was late. He was late to opening his own store when we had appointments for 4 people..... and late when they went back with an appointment to pick up the tuxes. Shipping/packing: Poor. The tuxes didn't come in until 4 days before the wedding and no spare time for last minute changes or fixes. When my father and husband went for the final fitting 3 days before the wedding...one of the groomsmens suits was not in..... they said they would expedite ship to the venue.... Which was a destination wedding. So I was wondering if the suits were actually going to arrive on time to the venue and not get damage or have missing parts. my husbands velvet suit was great so thats all that mattered to me, the men looked nice, just very uncomfortable suits Value: IMO The price was ridiculous-about $300 plus tax......compared to Mens Warehouse or other mom and pop shops it was way overpriced. I thought because it was a smaller shop, it would be a cheaper price. Only went with this company because we previously used them for a prom shop over 12 years ago and back then it was decent. You are better off just going to Mens Warehouse or any chain/corporate suit company.

I asked which one would go best with my wedding dress (that was not the normal white or off-white). Ziggy gave me his opinion and the suit went perfectly with my dress.
