The store is nice and they have a big variety of amazing western items hats, boots, belts, clothing, jewelry etc but unfortunately they need to train their employees! The majority of staff members had been great and helpful unfortunately this past week I stopped by to request to make a few extra holes in a belt I purchased a few months ago (@ their store) the cashier a young man seemed to be new and he asked to the " supposed store manager " I asked him if he have done it before he said yes and he handed me a form to exclude them for any responsibility if damage by an apprentice or someone with not much experience, Why you are not responsible for something your employees will ruin? Not ok with that policy but II still filled the form, I asked him if he can make sure the holes are same spacing in between as the the rest of the already perforated in the belt, he showed attitude and no willingness to be helpful, and acted as if he didn't know, he said he doesn't have a ruler SERIOUSLY "You will think Store hire people for the Store manager position who 1st have Experience with costumer service, and 2 that this manager will be the person with the knowledge and experience to help, resolve, & respond to the costumer's inquiries/questions or needs.
Was obvious to me that he was immature, disrespectful and his lack of professionalism was evident!
The rotary leather punch is all he needed to measure the spaces, I was in shock and I showed him that the rotary have the exact measurements in between the holes, was in shock that he didn't know a simple thing as that to what I say I guess common sense is not that common and he continued with the attitude and refused to make the wholes in my belt! As a manager I don't think he is trained enough because his costumer service are 0 in my personal opinion and experience.
