I give my discounted payment card(again i was given at that exact store not even 30 days before) and i am informed they are no longer accepting it! (Excuse me this is my first payment. The exact person who gave it to me(who made a sale off their lies) was right there and your not going to acept it) Of course im angry b/c this is my first payment and im already having issues with this company! I contact CS. And they inform they cant do anything, that its all on the store. I go back into the store and speak to the mgr. He couldn't decide if he was just the mgr, the acting mgr or the owner. I inform that discount card was given to me, it was just my first pmt, and it was to be honored. I then asked or was the discounted pmt catd one of their selling tactics just to meet goal for their sales. I got the dead stare. All he stated was all he could do was wave the $3 service fee, which brought up my question as to why my original bill was $10 higher. He stated there just additional fees. Asked how does that happen usually the computer fixes the problem she ad no idea. Then it was the pin number nothing what I used or told him. Then it was the name of my pet Max. He had it as MXS and to top that off the girl said it is not supposed to let you do 3 letters for a name again she did not know how Jesus did that. Well she got my account straighten out for me finally. So next problem with Spectrum. I went back and it was not Faithy but she helped me with my internet problem. She set up my device right there in the store all I had to do was plug it in when I got home and downloaded the app for me which I would have never got lol. I am 58 do not know all this tech stuff. It took awhile but it was worth the wait. Even left them a bag of peanut brittle a man came in and was selling that and brisket sandwiches. I left the store and realized that my memory card with all my family photos was in fact not transferred to the new cell.
