I had one rep tell me about a discount that saved me $40 a month on our bill! I wish Verizon actually communicated this with me via email or other communication years before, but thankfully the rep told me and it worked out. Plus this is a review for this store location and not Verizon's lack of communication so I'm grateful for the tip from the sales guy. Have traded phones here, purchased new phones here, ordered phones from my app and picked them up here same day within minutes. This has, so far, been a solid location for us and hopefully it will remain that way.

I would like to begin by saying this has little to do with this location. The people are as helpful…read moreas they can be. My issue is with those we need to call for support. I was charged $49 when I paid for the stupid mobile protect plan because I was told it covered damages like a faulty battery. Apparently there's a hidden restocking fee that they don't tell you about. I was at no point in time told about this restocking fee. That makes the $19 device protection bullshit. Don't offer something if you're not going to apply it. Yes, i'm incredibly pissed off and dissatisfied. Customer service is an absolute joke. I called to get options to fix the battery on my phone. Was not told repair was an option. Just replacement. Got the replacement. At first they said the package with the old phone was lost. They found the old phone at their warehouse. Restocked the malfunctioning phone apparently and applied a $49 restocking fee to my account. I'm livid. I'm done. You've lost a customer today because one of my biggest things is if you do me wrong, I'm not trusting your service anymore. You can expect my current phone back after I get my new phone with another company. Disgusting behavior on your support teams part. You're not hurting for money, you're tricking people and it's just gross. 26 minutes on the phone for them to tell me I was lied to and lied to again but told they'd reassess my account and apply "loyalty discounts."

I made a claim for a frozen white screen + cracked screen. When I arrived the teller asked me take…read morethe phone out of it's case and then let me know that she would have to kick back the claim due to the very tiny crack on the back of my phone that wasn't included in the original claim. This "ubreakifix" company has a policy that they need to fix the whole phone or nothing. I am gonna add in the picture of the damage she was referring to. Once the claim got kicked back for being "out of scope" I called asurion again to try to file an appropriate one but the only option they gave me was to be sent an entirely new phone ($300 deductible ofc ) which is not what I wanted at all because my phone could have been fixed for $0.00. It would have been a waste of money. I don't know if the teller had put in more notes that it wasn't fixable or what but it would have been impossible to come to that determination as she had my phone for a minute and did nothing on it. I make this review to say that both companies policies need to change or something because that was ridiculous. It is frustrating having to deal with awful policies that employees are forced to follow. It also felt like an absolute scam! I ended up fixing it MYSELF thank goodness! Not spending an extra $300 in this economy.
