She told me it was " mandatory " that I buy insurance for 2 new phones I had purchased one being an IPhone the other a Galaxy. I told her I had Apple care and didn't need extra insurance but she claimed it had to be purchased. she said I could come back in 2 weeks to cancel it but I had to take it for 2 weeks. I went into another store and also spoke to AT&T and they said I absolutely did not have to buy the insurance and when they looked at my account I was told she just upsold me for the commission. I will go back there it call her out on it but if you go to that store and are unfortunate enough to get her, don't let her talk you into buying anything

I had to get my tease in phone fixed a little, so I didn't trade it in that day, but she assured me that within a week my phone would be paid off. Now it's a month later and I have a $600 bill that is past due and my phone is shut off no actually she made me two phone plans-- now I have a bill I can't afford, and two iPhones that don't work! . when I went back to the store, she refused to take the phone back and said I'm sorry I made a mistake... and then just made some kind of a payment arrangement which is literally no help at all... T-Mobile in Gainesville is so unprofessional the manager there does not know what she's doing and will do anything or say anything to SELL a phone beware! I called customer service and they are also no help so now T-Mobile can suck it with the two phones and their bill... I'm now with a different server... and will be talking to my attorney... t-Mobile service used to be good but since they went to 5G it's very horrible it barely ever works trust and believe stay with AT&T they're way better and way more professional they're also way cheaper!
