So I go into the Gainesville location because I'm on the jump lease program to upgrade my phone…read more The lady tells me that my phone will be paid off ... I buy a new phone and MoveOn. I had to get my tease in phone fixed a little, so I didn't trade it in that day, but she assured me that within a week my phone would be paid off. Now it's a month later and I have a $600 bill that is past due and my phone is shut off no actually she made me two phone plans-- now I have a bill I can't afford, and two iPhones that don't work! . when I went back to the store, she refused to take the phone back and said I'm sorry I made a mistake... and then just made some kind of a payment arrangement which is literally no help at all... T-Mobile in Gainesville is so unprofessional the manager there does not know what she's doing and will do anything or say anything to SELL a phone beware! I called customer service and they are also no help so now T-Mobile can suck it with the two phones and their bill... I'm now with a different server... and will be talking to my attorney... t-Mobile service used to be good but since they went to 5G it's very horrible it barely ever works trust and believe stay with AT&T they're way better and way more professional they're also way cheaper!

She was very attentive to wanting to hear my. concerns. Which she quickly looked up my account and options that would fit my needs. Have to be honest. When going there I wasn't optimistic about them trying to keep my from leaving spectrum my contract was up and my new bill would be almost double then my package I had. But, Aby explained there were some packages that would be available to me if I chose to take them that would keep my bill close to what I was paying now. To sum it up Aby was very helpful and I am continuing with spectrum with a new two year contract which I will be paying 8 dollars less then I have been paying and I have a landline now c which I won't be using but it is available if I choose to use it. Again thank you Aby for all of your help and recommendations. A+ experience.
