My daughter was in for a 6 day leave from her post in Germany and needed an upgrade on her line, Sarah did everything from ordering the phone and getting it all set up again. when she hit a snag she immediately knew what to do and finally got everything right. she has an amazing personality and will be my go to person from now on! Should we call their repair people or anyone at the call center? Don't waste your time. They are of no help. I finally went into the office and couldn't get the girl to even look up from the computer while telling me she couldn't help either. So rude. No offer to help me in any way. Half the time the cable isn't working and the rest of the time it's slow. Worst customer service on the planet. Time to take my business elsewhere.
