Worst customer service ever! I've been in the store 3 times. The first time I waited 30 mins, and the last two times I waited about two hours. The sucky part is two employees were just messing with their own phone instead of working. And the manager just walked around and stood at his computer. Some of the employees don't even know what their doing. It looks like they don't even get trained. The only reason I give two stars is because their phone service and reception are decent. read more

Horrible service! I went in there with my mom to get her an upgrade, and all the lady did was give us a list of the plans. As we were getting ready to ask about what phones they had available she opened the front door for us to leave. No customer service skills whatsoever. Very unprofessional. read more
