She used to walk at a snail's pace, but after being there for a month, she walks and moves better than she has in years -- including getting in and out of a car. She thought it was a miracle, but my daughter told her, "No, Grandma, it's physical therapy." The staff was very friendly, attentive, and were ready to answer any questions when we called. They worked with the assisted living place she moved into, taking care of all the details to make sure the transition was smooth. She was well cared for, and we highly recommend them. They are pros.

But then the billing started, every month I get a bill for $50, for a lease. How long, well it's not on the bill, I'd like to just pay the damn thing off but I can't. You also can't take billing question to them, it's shady. Now it's been a year and they are still coming, I paid $800 up front. If you look back at the reviews over the years this complaint is fairly common so I don't know why they wouldn't just provide the billing information unless there is something to hide. I go to their website to get the billing contact and there is a message about a mandatory recall on my machine, they never called about that, they can certainly harass me for $50. I wish I had never set foot in the door, and just purchased a unit outright off the internet they are about $1100. In the past I have been pleased with their pharmacy, but I'll never deal with these people again, I would suggest going anywhere else.

The food service often 4/5 times sends food that they can't eat. On the whole they said the food isn't bad but it's not great. Very salty, no fruits or veg mostly starch and meat. One thing mentioned was the staff here talk about each other and complain a lot about each other and basically talk personal matters with the patients or within ear shot. My family member knows exactly who is who and what's going on in this Peyton' So far not impressed. A family member of mine is here and the hospital seams really uninformed, anytime a question is asked no one seams to know anything. This place is always dirty. Spills on the floor, items not being swept up for several days. Came in today and here was a pool of water just chilling, actually ruined a bunch of personal items like cards, flash cards to assist my family in communicating. I made an appointment for an annual wellness check, made it clear on the phone, made it clear again to the nurse and doctor during my appointment, but ended up with a bill for something else when it was suppose to be free. Efforts to rectify it were futile as they flat out lied to my insurance company. I find it hard to believe that the three employees I interacted with made no mention in their notes of my direct answer to their direct question asking for the reason for my appointment. Wait times are incredibly long- I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I am definitely switching to a new provider.
