It was super salty and had a lot of pepper, and lacked onion, green and red bell peppers, and other ingredients. The arroz con gandules had no flavor and wasn't cooked thoroughly. The lechón was dry and had absolutely no flavor, and the tiny, 2 inch piece of cuerito that I got was chewy and burnt. Overall, my visit was extremely disappointing and I would rather recommend other much better place farther into Guavate that are cheaper and leagues better than this place.
