Dinner and lunch have the same menu. They have live music on weekends and Friday. Their drink menu is huge too since the drinking culture is dominant here. Food itself is a mixture of American and puerto Rican influence as you can imagine. They are on the pricer side for sure but you will definitely be full. Overall 9/10. The second time (Monday, August 10, 2026), I arrived around 8:30 PM and stood in front of the hostess station waiting for a very long time. Meanwhile, the servers gathered at the bar (within sight of me) and continued to ignore me. Finally, I asked for a table and then a guy sat me down and served me half a glass of water. Then I waited and waited and waited. Finally, around 8:57 PM, a server came to tell me that the kitchen was already closed (the kitchen typically closes at 9:00 PM on that day of the week). I then reminded the server that I had been waiting for 30 minutes. She said that, regardless, the kitchen was already closed. I repeated the fact that I had been waiting for 30 minutes for somebody to take my order. She apologized but insisted the kitchen was already closed. I then asked to speak to the manager. She left and came back later to tell me they were going to leave the kitchen open until 9:30 PM for me. Later, one of the servers gave me a nasty look while looking at her watch as if saying why are you still here? I thought to myself if they had given me a table and had taken my order when I first arrived, they would have been done before 9:00 PM. I'm writing this simply hoping that a manager will read it and re-train the staff. I was a Quality Assurance supervisor so I understand how valuable feedback is. I'm not looking for a free meal or even a discount. In fact, my tip was equal (100%) to the cost of the meal. :)

The Chicken & Waffles was unique, too. The fried chicken is probably also some of the best I've had in recent memory as well. The waffles come with honey butter - for me it was too heavy on the butter but many people enjoy that. Fries were thin and crunchy and perfect. Decor is hip, modern, and very nice. Admiring the books and plants and decorations on the wall adds to the atmosphere. Server was super nice and helpful. Also prompt and efficient. Muchos empleados disponible, tomando órdenes para llevar y otras para comer en el salón como mi caso. Servicio excelente y ambiente tranquilo.
