I have been with this practice for years and very upset with the treatment given to us in December…read moreof 2019. By the time it was my son's turn to check in at the front desk we were 10 minutes late(two other patients in front us to check in). I wa told we would have to reschedule( it was my son's appt and he literally was in the elevator coming up as I was checking him in) I told her my son deals with depression and it reaLly imperative he have this appooinent but I thought he needed a change in hIs medicine.. She claimed to have asked his dr and he refused to see him. Needless to say I am pulling out my whole family from the practice that my husband I have been with for 10 years. I find this being late(10minutes) a joke to reschedule an appointment when patients have to wait for a much longer time in the waiting room and then in the examine room. The receptionist was rude and not consoderate at all. And when I spoke with another lady a few weeks later she said you would get back to me to figure out what happened on their end. Still waiting to hear from her.

I have a fairly stressful life, and Dr. Shindler suggested that I give it a go to help relieve stress. Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Nice to see a doctor's office understand.

I first chose his office because they were open to discussion regarding vaccinations. Together, we've made a schedule that works for us. We've also been seen by Michelle Hass, PA-C. She also provides great care. Since originally choosing their office primarily for my daughter, I've since started seeing them myself as well. They've been great with scheduling appointments for my daughter and myself back-to-back.

I've been going here for almost 8 years, I've received great care and customer service like 97% of…read morethe time. They are usually really good about getting me in same day if I need to be seen and am not particular about which doctor I see. If I want to see my Doc or one of the other ones I prefer sometimes I have to wait until the following day. There usually isn't that much of a wait once I get there. You can usually email them if you have any questions about medications or concerns. Most of the physicians are very patient and don't rush you and will let you ask about other medical/health concerns that aren't necessarily the reason you came in and not make you feel rushed. Sorry I'm not naming names, sometimes you just don't mesh well with certain people. I don't want to tarnish someone based on my preferences.

Went to Physical. They wrote tests which are not covered in the Physical without my knowledge. I…read moredint complain about weakness or any sysmptom that needs vitamin B test. QUEST is their vendor who does these tests. For Vitamin D test, they charged 250 dollars through Prime care. If you go direct to Quest its around 60 dollars. You can shop around and can get for less. I feel like this is day light robbery. I feel only Dr Shively is good here. Rest are not worth going to. For Urine and blood test , I think its better take the prescription and shop around. Called Dr and left multiple messages. No Reply. Contacted Billing 10 times. No reply Horrible service.

She keeps me on my toes and has real concern for my health and well being. Never a long wait. Has always made time for me. I can't say enough about her. I can't complain about Dr. K. I don't ever remember a time she has done anything I have been unhappy with. The office staff, and all that work there are good, considerate pleasant, do their jobs well, and communicate well. Great place to go for your health.

When test results come back, she is on the ball and makes the call. I recently moved all of my children to her from another doctor. The kids love her. She speaks well to my 7 year old and 14 year old. They are not worried when it's time to go to the doctor know they will be treated by her. She is a very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate doctor. The office staff are good too. The one who stands out mostly with me over all these years is Allison. She pretty precise. The medical assistants and nurses are awesome as well. I wish I could remember all of their names. I will update my review with their once I remember each one's names. I know one for sure and that's Karen. If you're worried about wait times, that's not a problem either unless you're the one who is impatient.

He listens to everything you tell him... he's not judgemental, and he goes with the flow with everything that is going on. And being a doctor, I'm sure that is a hard thing to do sometimes. But once I was introduced to him, and having him just being a few years older than me... I felt a great connection with having him being my doctor. He's been able to help me when I've been in a pinch with being sick, and is always willing to take a late phone call from you to verify that things are still good with you. Its that type of personal respect that makes it in my book.
