EMAIL: I would expect when someone says they're going to overnight a check, that they stand by their words! I'm a little dismayed that you said on Friday, 9/8, you would overnight my last paycheck on Monday, 9/11, so I paid bills. Then you called me on Tuesday 9/12, to let me know you didn't send my check on Monday, but would overnight my check on Tuesday 9/12, which meant a Wednesday, 9/13 delivery. Wednesday came and NO CHECK! I called USPS, and found out there were NO intentions of ever, overnighting my check! You intentionally timed the delivery for the normal AlphaPro payday--TODAY 9/14! What was the point of being dishonest with me?! So NOW, I have two $34 OD charges from my bank! I'm going to let Chase know, these were caused by "merchant's" (intentional) error. Ugh... I was upfront and honest with you regarding the job, and I relied on your word regarding overnighting my check for an original, Tuesday, 9/12 delivery date, and now your words were frankly dishonest! Next time you tell someone you're going to do something, just be honest and follow through! And yeah. I kept my word, and sent those badges back! I just really have issues with people knowingly being dishonest. Moreover, I am really upset with $64 in AVOIDABLE OD fees!
