Massimo has always been an utmost professional - he has listened to all of my concerns, always offering honest and helpful advice. We were able to get my issues with the IRS sorted and we have come back since to continue filing our taxes with him. There was even a follow up bill related to the same issue mentioned before, and Massimo was able to spot an error the IRS made, cutting our amount owed in half!
