if i could give this place no stars i would. this place is RIDICULOUS…read more my friend rented a book for the summer semester and signed up for the reminder notifications (which means you get a text, call, or email) to tell you when the book is due. she never got ONE notification but that isn't even the worst part. they called her friend an hour before the book was due and that is the only reason she knew they were due today. SO she called and told them that she had never been notified and they said well if it isn't here by 10:30 this morning she would be charged a $77 late fee. she told them AGAIN she was never notified so the girl said she could have it there by 4. she then received another call from a male who was very rude and preceded to tell her they were "being courteous" and that "well they were supposed to be there by 10:30" about 3 times to which she replied everytime I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. he then went on to say she never returned her ones from spring semester!! she most definitely did but also how was she able to get a book from summer if the three from spring semester werent returned?!?! these people have no idea how to run a business or nice.

I rented all of my textbooks from here last spring and signed up for the texting notification to tell me when to return my books and I never received any notice. The only notification i received was management calling me and saying that they're fining me a $77 late fee. When I told them I had no idea because i never received a notification they went on to say that their system was being "tricky" , but i was still subject to pay $77? It seems like they're using this "tricky" system to fork an extra $77 out of college students because i'm not the only on whose had this problem... Also, I purchased a textbook this week and a day later I went back up to their store trying to return it. Granted I did not have the receipt, but I offered to show a bank statement so I could get my money back. None of this was good enough for the manager. When I asked to speak with him, the poor girl at the front desk told me he would not come downstairs and talk because he was studying to get a new job. Personally I am thrilled he's looking into a new job because he's terrible at this one, but frustrated he would not leave his office and have a face to face conversation with a customer. Do not waste your money, time and patience here.

He was forced to bring in heavy boxes and unload them into their boxes and then have many refused and forced to rebox them and carry them out only to find out that they would notify at some point if they would take them. I ended up purchasing a nice Under Armour orange colored polyester blend dry-wicking shirt. The price was a bit higher than expected but I liked the style and look. The cashier line was short even though the store was crowded. The employee was helpful and cordial while loud and noisy Auburn fans filled up the whole storefront. Overall, a good stop when walking downtown exploring the sites with hundreds of other fans.
