Highly pretentious narcistic mean female owner and few staff, same energy. When I asked another staff person can I please bring my mylk she replied yes we have other customers who bring their own milk - very INTERESTING, READ FURTHER... were happy to serve me with my own healthy mylk without nasty adverse affects and chemicals for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, they offer milk lab a seriously unsafe bad synthetic garbage BUT the largely disproportionate mannerisms of the female owner took huge offence with me using my mylk and passive-aggressively pulled up a chair and sat beside me clutching my mylk bottle saying, we've spent years on our menu and won't be changing it ,so I told my staff we wont be using your mylk. Funny, how a tea, coffee and cake menu would take years to develop. But truly the underlying reason is discrimination as the UK female staff member who felt inclined to hover around me while I was drinking my tea, aggressively slamming books onto shelving , turning her head to look at me, whistling loudly to exert dominance to notice her dislike me being there. The music speakers overhead are loud too guess she was competing with the music volume. I also saw her gaslight three customers at the large table doing nothing wrong just talking enjoying their tea/coffees. It was 4:35pm they close at 5pm. Music still still blaring out of overhead speakers but she wanted them to leave even though they have the right to sit there and enjoy their paid drinks close to 5pm. So she glared at them, slamming books down around the table, walked up to the old man maybe owner of store held his arm (the art of persuasive manipulation) leaned into him and said some unkind words about them. Well, thank goodness it's not just me - others too are unfavoured BUT families aren't. I made a valid complaint to a staff member about the UK bully and how she was around me, yelled at me to turn my phone down even though it was on super-soft mode listening to Eckhart Tolle a soft quiet voice, so low in fact I had to lower my head to hear it over the excessive loud speakers above! It's VERY CLEAR THE FEMALE OWNER, the UK FEMALE STAFF and a couple of others are PREJUDICE, DISCRIMINATE, JEALOUS OF SINGLE PRETTY FRIENDLY WOMEN AND BULLIES. As I was getting up out of the chair I saw and overheard the narcistic female owner laugh and say to her other female staff making the drinks on the machine, lean in towards her laughing saying, hahaha, she wont be having her chai mylk, you won't have to make it, now she's having to drink lemongrass tea. What a LOOSER. BIG BULLY. So you thought you would get away with your unacceptable behaviour. NO I am WARNING OTHERS ABOUT YOUR UGLY BEHAVIOUR. They don't care about your health they care about taking your money taking it with grandiose attitude regardless of the toxic mock milks making you sick. Families welcome. Single women be warned they have a bullying hierarchy mentality. Only went there for a week NOW I WONT GO THERE EVER PERIOD! This place is UNWORTHY of your money and time. GO ELSEWHERE ! read more
