I urge everyone to please do NOT go through with Speedy Credit Repair…read more They are scammers. Do not believe the fake reviews. We enrolled with them for 6 months. We understand coming into this it's a possibly our credit issue may not be fixed. We know this will take time. But one thing this company lacks is integrity. They are not true to their word. If you say something such as "I will call you back", please carry out your promise. All I asked for was communication. During this entire process, I only spoke with Chris 2 times. I called, no one answered I texted, no one answered You email Chris, no response He has an assistant Laurie who will respond to emails. She mentioned in my last email " Yes, Chris knows you are expecting a call" guess what? He never called me back!!! Chris said he will contact his lawyer associate and stated " I will call you back and give you an update" guess what? He never called back. They have you enrolled in a credit monitoring program which you have an additional fee. They probably get some sort of incentive. I can go on and on... there's has been so many occasions. Honestly, don't waste your time and money!!!!!!

Phone call nearly lasted an hour, explains to me his story, how everyone has slip ups with credit, how he knows how to repair credit ethically and properly. Gave me his story how he initiated his company, when I asked to proceed he asked for a $200 fee up front and after that $199 a month for 6 month contract. He also sent me documents to sign, nearly a dozen, all stating ways for him to stay covered from legal troubles and so I don't ask for a refund and it's a non refundable deposit. I was not asking for a miracle with my credit score, I was aware how I messed up my credit but I didn't know how to tackle it to get it better, Mr. Chris highly recommended not to worry that he will help me that that's why I hired him, he'll tackle these companies to try and get rid of them from my credit score, 3 months pass by and I ask for a update of how the situation is going, no response. I called and emailed his assistant Laurie, no response, when I did get a response it was for me to set up an appointment, in which I did, come to the date of? No call, no text no email. 2.5 more months passed by, I reached out again, Mr. Chris said, "I'll call you in a bit" ....... No call no text. I reached out to assistant...... no call no text no email. Come to 3 days before contract is up, $1,200 later, I ask for another update, well I never received one before but you know what i mean, Mr. Chris told me that he wants to talk to me and give me a refresh on my credit score, and discuss next steps, told him great I'm available anytime to just give me a call. Never heard from him again. In summary, did they help my credit score? No. Did they remove anything from my credit report? Yes, 2 things that were $50 each additional cost, so total price : $1,300. Before they take your money Mr. Chris is so talkative and transparent and communicative , after though? No a single word, no communication, out of the work they did, hardly any, hardly any improvement was made but that's why they send a lot of documentation for you to sign so you don't later on try and get your money back for not being satisfied.

At that time, I was completely open…read moreand honest about my needs and wants, including my spouse's which involved removing inquiries; for myself, I needed Brown Financial Services to remove inquiries, a charged-off bankruptcy, and building corporate credit for a newly formed LLC and my personal score. The correspondence was great for a short while. However, things took a turn for the worse in late July when the credit bureaus finally started reporting a purchase made before I became under contract with Brown's Financial Services. At that point, Mrs. Brown felt it was appropriate to reach out and admonish me instead of trying to see what might have happened, claiming that I had violated our agreement and that I was not serious about improving my credit. Mind you, I had already paid approximately $2,350.00 as a testament to my seriousness about handling business. Despite this payment, she did not make any attempts at removing the inquiries from my wife's account until several months later. There was no communication in what to expect, what to report back to her, nothing. My wife received some emails via Experian and she reported receiving those emails to Mrs. Brown and she promised to look at the communications. The communication my wife received after reporting receiving the emails was Mrs. Brown asking for the password to Experian so that she could look at the emails and then stating that the information was no longer valid, accusing my wife of not reporting receiving the emails in a timely manner, when indeed she did even though Mrs. Brown did not tell her that she needed to look out for communication from the credit reporting bureaus.Things began to come to a head in October. We corresponded at this time, and I expressed my disappointment because my personal credit had not improved in all that time. She was only able to establish one net 30 account for my business, and my wife had not received any correspondence from Mrs. Brown or the credit bureaus. My wife reached out again, asking for status and Mrs. Brown stated she was submitting some information to the credit reporting bureaus and to look for letters from them. Well, my wife received one letter and informed Mrs. Brown of the letter and her response was that the bureaus were using tactics not to investigate the disputes and that they were using legal jargon and that the letter was unacceptable. The next communication from Mrs. Brown after that was to check our email for important messages which was in December. The important messages she was referring to was her asking for us to pay more money and she even made threats that if we didn't pay, she would open a collection account with the credit bureaus, despite the fact that we had not seen any results. Funny, how she was willing to make that happen quick, fast and in a hurry. In the end, I am out $3,570.00 because I had faith in the person I was referred to, and it appears that to this person, I was nothing more than a blank check. She should be ashamed at the way she treated us and possibly others. That's not the way you treat people, especially when your business depends on referrals. Hopefully, others will read this review and not fall victim to the same situation as I did. Look elsewhere for more respectable representation; don't waste your money, or time. In addition to the loss of money and time we now have to keep an eye on our credit card accounts because we're not sure if this was some elaborate scheme or something.

would like to take a moment to write an honest, sincere, and genuine review about Second Chance…read moreFinancial. Back in 1998, when I was trying to purchase a house, I needed help repairing and improving my credit. That's when I met an incredible team at Second Chance Financial -- John, Karen, and Wayne. From the very beginning, they treated me with kindness, honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. Thanks to their help and guidance, I was able to buy my home back in 1998. Now, 28 years later, I find myself reaching out to them again for assistance, and to my surprise and gratitude, Karen and Wayne are still there. That alone says so much about the dignity, integrity, and stability of this company. It shows not only how they value their clients, but also how they treat and respect their employees. What always made them different is that they never treated me like "just another client." Over the years, they would occasionally call simply to check on me and see how I was doing. That level of humanity and compassion is very rare today. If anyone needs honest and trustworthy help with their credit, I truly recommend Second Chance Financial. These are good people who genuinely care about helping others rebuild and move forward in life. Thank you, Karen. Thank you, Wayne. And may God bless the memory of John, who is no longer with us. Your kindness and help will never be forgotten.

If you're reading this, I want you to pause and truly absorb this review, because I was in your exact position not long ago. If you're grappling with student loan debt, particularly if your wages are being garnished or about to be, I understand how overwhelming and stressful it can be. It can make you feel trapped and unable to move forward. I personally experienced this firsthand, as I had been dealing with a garnishment for years and had accumulated a staggering $368,000 in student loan debt from a community college and a bachelors, that included accumulated interest. A never ending nightmare. Once a wage garnishment finished, another garnishment for student loan would start. It was endless. However, it's important to recognize that there are solutions available, and seeking the right assistance can significantly transform your situation if you're being garnished or about to be. Christopher Peters provided me with the guidance and support I needed, and his impact on my life is profound. I transitioned from feeling powerless and helpless due to the garnishment to finally having a clear plan and a sense of peace of mind. It wasn't an overnight process by all means, but taking that initial step made all the difference. It took me over a decade to make that call, but I did it. I only wish I had taken action sooner, as many of us do when we find relief. It's just I let the hopeless feeling take over thinking nothing could be done and this was to be expected. I'm glad I took the chance and called the firm. I'm now on a structured payment plan with my student loans and not being garnished. A BIG win for me!! If you're struggling with student loan debt, with a garnishment on your earned wages, don't ignore it or assume that you're out of options if you're being garnished. Don't wait! They may be able to fight for you. Remember , the right guidance can help you stop the bleeding and begin the process of rebuilding your financial life if you're in garnishment. Fullman Firm assisted me in my fight, as their help truly changed everything in my situation. I hope they can change yours.
