I save the 5 star reviews for those special places I find. This is defiantly one of those deserving places. I found this place when needing a new oven for my RV and saw the prices that many of the online and brick and motor stores. After calling and finding they had what I needed at an amazing price I made the 550+ mile journey to pick it up. Why drive that far? the price was that amazing that I could drive up there and stay in a hotel and still save over $300. Coming here you want to get here early and leave plenty of time to look at everything. Their selection is simply amazing they have everything you could ever need. I just wish I had learned of this place when I bought my RV because I could have saved thousands on all the modifications I made. Here is a list of the items that I was able to find for my RV: stainless steel (SS_ oven, SS vent hood, SS sink, kitchen faucet with pull out, SS lighting fixture, A/C vent covers, cabinet shelving bracket, light covers, clearance light lens covers, bath SS faucet, outlet covers, and misc hardware items. This is a comprehensive list of what I found that I purchased. There are a number of items I would like to get but I wasn't sure on the size needed. They have a ton of items and just about everything you need to put together an RV. They have windows, doors, cabinets, counter tops, all hardware, and the list goes on and on. What a VERY cool place! I highly recommend anyone that has an RV and in the area to come check this place out! We couldn't stay away from this place, we visited three different times. You can spend hours here and still not see it all. The staff knows every inch of these building, yes three large buildings. If you need it for your camper/motorhome they have it. The prices are awesome also. We found a large pull out compartment tray that was half the price of other places. Don't forget to check out back of the building, the large containers and the lean-to in the back. There are thousands of awnings every color and size. Happy shopping. read more

Just returned from Bontragers. It's a shame they don't have more pictures of their inventory. The place has so much. We went just to see what they had. We're glad we did. They have everything from interior to exterior. We drove our 2000 newmar mountain aire there. They had ample parking across the road. We spent all day as we intended on only looking. But the prices were very reasonable. We couldn't pass up buying what we needed right then. After many trips back and forth we were able to get much of what we needed. Their Sabbath is on Saturday, by Sunday they seem to forget the Christian moral values they were to learn the day before. I was converting a bus to a motorhome. Myself, a friend and our wives were going to use it traveling to poorer churches in the south offering free repairs on their churches. This didn't happen. Before starting my purchasing (at Bontrager Surplus, over $6000.) Tim (who is gone now) offered me 10% off when we were finished buying. I paid a $100 credit on a pair of captain chairs (they sold them to someone else.. I lost that $100.) I upgraded windows, (Tim agreed to take the (unused) back for a credit, that never happened. In total they took me for over $900. This happened some time ago, but probably I will never forget. I know GOD will never forget.. They will have to answer to him. read more
