We got some assorted individual tacos and I like the variety they had and that you can get a la carte. Because I love soup I had to get the chicken tortilla and it was outstanding. Will be back!

We really liked our waiter who immediately brought water for the doggie with our iced teas. They start with a complimentary chips and three salsas. All good and chips were obviously fresh. We hit the taco menu for lunch and tried 4 of the 5. These are good sized and not little street tacos. The Al pastor, sadly, was a miss. Ok but a miss. There was odd seasoning like cloves on it and it was little chunks of meat with pineapple and onion but no cilantro The birria, although greasy, was a hit. Very tasty and tender with a tasty although greasy dipping sauce. The shrimp taco was very good. The short rib had a mixed verdict. One didn't care for it but I really liked it. It had a nice smokey taste and was not greasy. The side of beans and rice we added was yum. Service was great. Our guy was so attentive and helpful. Perfect place for a sunny day lunch in Fallbrook!

Village Market & Liquor - This is the wine room. Feels like a cozy wine cave. Wish they had fine cheese and salami in here too. Chilled champagne and wine.

Grab your ice and keep the beers cold on the way out to the desert. If you'd like to park on the street, they have a street access door as well. Sign is large and lit at night. There is a small taco window on the side ( that's a separate review) of the Liquor Store. Mr. Sascha and his family/staff are always professional, kind and truly put their heart and passion into this store. It's clean, well stocked and they do what they can to offer so much to so many. I personally love all of the live plants throughout the store. Beer is cold, wine is abundant and it's a snackers paradise. The store is clean and if you need a cold bottle of champagne on the way to a birthday party or a cigar for your uncles birthday that you forgot about, this is the place to be! Tons of scratchers sold here. Someone hit it big here so it's a Lucky Store! You can grab your daily newspaper, some tea or juice and head out to the air park close by. Continue to support local and give this place a try next time you are in town.

PRICE TO ENTER When you first enter, you will be in a gift shop/entry area where you pay at the desk. The cost was $14 per adult in April 2026. (Discounts offered for seniors, military and kids). IT NEEDS A REFRESH Overall, I felt the museum needed a bit of a refresh and rebrand. It's tired, dated and a little clumsy and cluttered. The items in the gift shop look like they've been there for decades. There are odd pieces of furniture lying around nestled between the cars along with cardboard stand-ups of Marilyin Monroe and dated photographs. The descriptive signage next to the cars are on the floor and wordy, hard to read. There was dust, dirt and cobwebs in display cabinets. It felt like someone had collected all this stuff, put it on display and then forgot about it. The cars and their paintwork were in great condition and paintwork was dust-free and shiny. It would have been nice to have learned about the owner or the story behind the collection, but we weren't given any brochures and there weren't any docents to ask. BARBIE COLLECTION In one building there's a small room with a large collection of boxed Barbie dolls from years past with a few Barbie cars as well. Again, it all looked a little tired and forgotten. WINE BY THE GLASS OR TASTING We didn't stick around for wine or wine tasting, but there were people there enjoying the patio and live music. There's a refrigerator with charcuterie and cold drinks available for purchase. The vineyards were pretty with roses and benches dotted around. Picnic tables are available out front. Their web site is one page, not terribly informative and again, could do with an update and refresh. Parking is complimentary. If you've never been before and like to seek out new places in San Diego County, stop by for a visit to either the auto museum, winery or both. See my photos attached for more details. Helpful?
