She worked every aspect of the sale from inspection/repair appointments to helping us clean out our stuff. She and her husband even brought over their personal trailer and truck to help!!! She was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. And her recommendations on what to do and what to expect were all spot on. Not only that but she origionally sold me the home to begin with. She familiarized me with the area and local eminities. She walked me through my first home buying experience. And she was in the process of selling my Dad a home close by when he passed. She was wonderful to have during a tough time getting us out of Dad's sale contract and being compassionate for our loss. Tammy has been a part of our family since we met and I know she will be a part of yours.

The day before the closing, there was an electrical issue and hvac issue which she was kind enough to pay and just told me to venmo the money after closing.
