They not only wrote one false review, but three just to try to hurt the reputation of our business. I was also told the negative reviews would only be removed if we deleted the customer's invoice And that our company would "suffer". I was also called emotional, when who would not be when they are being publicly accused of lying and treating customers poorly? We attempted to resolve the actual issue but received no cooperation from either Melanie or Michael. In addition, I believe anyone seeking public office should be held to a high standard of honesty and accountability. Anyone considering doing work for this company should do so cautiously and keep thorough records and documentation of everything done.

The house was great…read more However, they don't make it clear up front that you are required to drive all of your trash from the stay to a nearby dump (and they don't tell you about any dump, I had to ask where I was expected to take four large bags of trash). So the day we left I had to load up my small car with several bags of trash (containing old food, liquids, etc.), right next to my suitcase and the pillows, blankets, etc. that they tell you to bring. Rushing to load several bags of trash into the trunk of my car while being told by the cleaning crew to "hurry it up because check out was ten minutes ago" was a terrible end to an otherwise great vacation. I think most would agree that when you rent a vacation house you should not be expected to drive your trash to the nearby dump. Then when I complained about this to management they essentially told me tough luck, although they were nice enough to make an exception and let me throw the trash away in their dumpster out back...
