We weren't getting anywhere with our insurance company for an accident that wasn't our fault. That's where Susan came in. Insurance companies count on clients not knowing their rights. Lawyers do. If you're ever in an accident, Susan and her team will guide and protect you every step of the way. Their professionalism from start to finish was unmatched. Our insurer finally paid up -- all expenses, including car and medical were fully covered.

There simply aren't enough words in the English language to describe how amazing Jacob Seropian is…read more Jacob represented me through an incredibly complicated series of circumstances. I had six or seven car accident cases happening at the same time--not individually over the years, but all at once. Talk about a juggling act! Somehow, Jacob managed every case with incredible knowledge, organization, and attention to detail. He knew my cases better than I did, even though I was the one who had lived through everything. I received excellent settlements on each of my cases, but one accident in particular was the catalyst for the pain and injuries that followed. Jacob negotiated an incredible settlement in that case--far beyond what many of his peers believed was possible. Honestly, I never expected the outcome he was able to achieve for me. What impressed me most was not just the results, but the fact that Jacob was always on top of everything. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands throughout the entire process. He understood the details, knew how to navigate the complexities of my cases, and fought to get me the best possible outcome. I honestly don't remember how I originally found Jacob, but I will be forever grateful that I did. If I am ever unfortunate enough to be involved in another car accident (knocking on wood!), Jacob Seropian will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Jacob!!!

I could not wait to write this review and share my experience regarding Alpine Law and attorney…read moreArin. I write my review as my case is still pending, because I did not want it perceived that I am writing my review based on the outcome or award I received. My review is genuine and honest, and it is my pleasure to take the time to give my gratitude. I was in an auto accident and was injured but did not want some fly by night attorney who was going to send me to some cheesy doctor, settle my case and send me on my way. When I received a callback from Arin, I knew immediately that he was going to represent me and fight hard, and that he was going to be the perfect attorney for my case. From the beginning, he was professional and prompt. He has acknowledged or returned every call, email and text, without being annoyed and always in a pleasant manner. I had an issue with an MRI appointment, and how I was treated and shared my experience with him. I expected a generic response at best, and half-ass apology from the center. What I received was prompt attention, a heartfelt apology from my attorney and my next appointment switched to another imaging center that was absolutely amazing. From day one, the process has been smooth and straight forward. I am a busy working mom with children, so being able to e-sign documents and not take a drive to the attorney's office is a huge plus. The doctors and medical professionals I have seen are hands on and did not treat me like a number, but rather a client and almost like family. They are skilled in their fields and I feel comfortable and confident in the care and treatments I receive. I am always greeted with a smile by the office staff as well. I have not needed to call for follow up a single time to get my case status. Arin has provided excellent follow up and if there is nothing to report, he just calls to see how I am feeling and how my appointments and progress are going. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a skilled, professional and caring attorney. I hope I never need another [injury] attorney, but if I do, he will be my first call. Under the circumstances, this has been a pleasant experience and I could not have asked for a better attorney or experience. Thank you for everything. I look forward to continued recovery and my case to be settled.

It was difficult trying to make sense of the complicated worker's compensation insurance system while also trying to seek treatment and heal. A few weeks later, we decided to seek legal representation. We read the numerous great reviews on Joseph and called him for a consultation. During the call, Joe was friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, detailing options we didn't even know were available to us. Once Joseph took on my mom's case, he worked hard to get her treatment and doctor's appointments even when we moved out of state! As my mom's case progressed, the insurance company brought on their own defense lawyers. Joe used his experience in defense law to continue to advocate for her treatment, prepare her for depositions and trial, and to skillfully secure a final compensation package. Healing from a workplace injury is already challenging, advocating for your own treatments and compensation even more so. I strongly recommend having Joseph represent you!

We retained the firm immediately once we learned there was a possibility that a case could be opened. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They were flexible with me and my family, took the time to listen to our concerns, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout every stage of the process. The firm stayed closely involved with the case and kept us informed of every development. They were extremely knowledgeable in this area of law and put together a strong defense for my young son. Just as importantly, they guided us through the entire process and clearly explained what we needed to do on our end to put him in the best possible position for a successful outcome.
