The cryo machine looks like a fancy tanning booth only shorter so your head will stick out at the top. I went to Dr. Huang about a month ago because I was having issues with a leaky bladder. Dr Huang had suggested that I use the Emsella chair in her office, she has been my PCP for many years and I trust her completely. So I did this twice a week, I'm going on my third week now, which is the recommended total amount of sessions. Each session is 30 mins, I wear my clothes, it's not invasive and there's no down time. Insurance does not cover it, but with the amount of money I had been using on pads for the last year -not to mention my peace of mind - it has been so worth it! The difference was not immediate, it took about a week or so to notice the change, I'm not at 100%, but I can truly say that this has been life changing for me. You're in good hands with Dr Huang. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.

None of them helped me at all and the last one resulted in me being bed ridden for the entire next day! I explained this to the owner, and requested a refund for the treatment. His response included- "If your symptoms persist, we suggest you visit a hospital"! He also said it wasn't their fault! Since I was OK when I went there the previous afternoon, and the next day couldn't get out of bed due to headaches and severe fatigue, I do not think it was a coincidence!
