Five stars for an amazing breakfast sandwich, cool interior, and friendly staff…read more The man who took my groups' order had such a bright smile on his face and positive attitude. We ate inside. There were about 4 tables to sit at and the inside had some very neat antiques including a very old fashioned cash register and old signage. The Sandwhich was very good. You had your choice of meat, bread and cheese (although I didn't have any cheese). I especially liked that the sandwich wasn't greasy as many breakfast sandwiches tend to be. It was nice and light. I have had breakfast here before and the food was very good…read more I had breakfast here yesterday and was a bit disappointed in the service. I ordered a coffee and a glass of ice water, the waitstaff told me they don't offer a glass of water, but I could purchase a bottle of water. I assumed she was joking , but she was serious. This is the first dining establishment that would not serve a glass a water. This is by no means a place for a deal, they are overpriced for the quantity of food . The quiche was decent tasting but vey flat and tasted that it was heated by microwave. Just wast turned off overall, especially by the water thing. Won't go back, plenty of other places for breakfast.

This brewery does everything right. The Greenwich site is relatively small (I counted about 20…read moreseats) and charming, the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the prices for the pours and flights are very reasonable. Unfortunately, after sampling a good mix, I could not find a single brew that pleased my palate. I got a flight with a sour, the red ale, a brown ale, and a stout. Nothing distinguished itself to me. That will happen sometime, everyone has different tastes. But based on the fact that this place was constantly full the entire time I was there, and the service everyone received, the beers and the taproom are quite popular. So it's definitely worth checking out. Perhaps if I visit again I'll find beer(s) more to my liking.

We…read morehad previously been to their now closed site in Cambridge and thought it was a good time to stop in to their brewery location and taphouse in Greenwich. The facility is quite small as a bar area where you could sit three or four people and a couple of tables that each could host about four people per table- no more than 16 or 18 seats in the facility. They don't have food, but they will give you pretzels and peanuts on the house which is a nice touch considering there isn't another brewery in the region that does this. Beer is very good no complaints. We tried their stout and one of their clear IPA's, and they were both great. Looking forward to our return.

"Which is your favorite Stewart's?" Sooner or later at any family gathering, this question is…read morebound to come up. And while it doesn't incite the sort of contentious debate that talking about politics might, it sure does spark some lively conversation. What makes for a truly great Stewart's? Is it the easy-in, easy-out? Is it the availability of diesel? Or maybe some innovation, like an automatic sliding front door? This one has got it all. We come here after hunting, and whether we've got a bird in the bag or not, this place is a welcome refuge and respite. We like to get generic beer, buttered rolls, bowl of chili, hot dog with chili on it, chocolate milk, and sparkly water when we come here. No one gives us a second glance, despite the orange, despite the knee-high boots, despite our giddy affect having just engaged in one of man and dog's highest occupations. The Greenwich Stewart's is one of the more modern designs. The two-story look, the expansive layout, and that fancy fancy sliding door. And that might be why I am giving it four instead of five stars. It's a great location, but with its open and breezy entrance, it somehow feels a little bit less cozy than the traditional Stewart's. And being that it's at a bit of a crossroads, it has a fairly constant flow of traffic. But these are nits, aren't they? Come on over to this Stewart's, you'll get what you're looking for, and you'll be happy you did.
