I placed an order with UberEats for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told my food had not been started because of "a glitch in the system ". I was also told an item on my order was not available but I would have to "take it up with Uber because I paid them ". Their system inconvenienced a Customer, they didn't have something they advertised in stock that was paid for, but they made it my problem. I will never dine here again. read more

Two stars only because of our server James. He was great. Food was a totally different story. We've been coming to the trinity bonefish since it opened. This is the last. Out of four of us, there was SOMETHING wrong with all four dishes. Trout was undercooked - raw in the center. Manager did NOT apologize - instead said that it's from a different supplier and is pink because of its diet "much like pink flamingos ". Two orders of mahi were to be EXACTLY the same ( grilled with two veggies) mine had rice and one veg. Both our mahis were bone dry and the veggies were all cold. We had already sent the trout back and in retrospect should have sent it all back but didn't want to be complaining because at that point we were all just hungry and wanted to eat and go home. Never disappoints! I had the filet and lobster tonight, and the lobster just melted in my mouth. It did take a few tries to get my steak right, however once it came out right, it too was scrumptious. My waitress, April, was very attentive and kept my drink full and kept checking with me on my steak dilemma. The manager was also checking in about my steak, and in the end was so kind as to take the steak off my check. One thing I can definitely say about this establishment, is that they are really good about making sure their patrons are happy, and to me, that is more important than anything else. read more

My favorite restaurant, went last night Luke warm corn crab chowder let it go, crab cake and filet, crab cake was brunt black top and bottom steak was way over done almost well done. Sent crab cake back they brought a lump of crab cake not cooked at all. No breading absolutely horrible. Asked for the manager took a while. Lady cam over she said she was the floor manager not good and beverage manager. No one else came over. Ordered lobster nochi much better. They were kind enough not to charge for the Sent back horrible food and did nothing for the ruined dinner. I asked "new chef" waiter said there all new. We eat at Bone Fish at least once a month and my boyfriend take clients for work lunch all the time . One of our favorite place to go for ahi tuna . We had to send the tuna back, it didn't taste or look fresh, texture was totally off and tuna looked dark . They brought a second one out and was just as bad as the first . My mom had been craving this dish for a month, finally was able to take her . I felt horrible that she was disappointed. She totally lost her appetite and couldn't order anything else. Decided to order curbside for Valentines Day at the Trinity Bonefish and was so disappointed with the food that I will never go to this Bonefish again. I ordered the steak and lobster combo x2 and the lobster was way over-cooked. There wasnt any melted butter in my order but my husband did have melted butter with his. The piece of steak was pretty tasty considering it was over-cooked also. I ordered medium and it wasnt pink in the middle at all. It was cooked well done. I ordered two appetizers, the beef/ginger potstickers and the mussels. My husband said he liked the garlic sauce that the mussels were in. The potstickers were supposed to be pan seared but they were more deep-fried. Again over-cooked and the cabbage topping was so salty, I couldnt eat it all. I also ordered the Key Lime cake and the fudge brownie w/ice cream. My husband said the brownie was good but I never got to taste the cake since they forgot to put it in the bag. They did credit my cc for the $10 but I specifically asked the girl when I picked up my order if they checked to make sure everything was there. She assured me they had and she said they even added the bread. With the amount of money that I spent on this Valentines Day dinner, you would think everything would have been perfect. Visited Bonefish this evening. As usual, the food was delightful. We started with a Caesar side salad accompanied by the delicious warm baked bread and dipping oil. The tropical tiki martini special for five dollars was delicious and with every sip you felt like you were sitting on a Caribbean island. We ordered the Lilly's chicken dinner and a special, softshell crab stuffed with crab cake. Both meals were very good, the crabcake was a little spicy due to Cayanne pepper but, nonetheless very tasty. Portion size is excellent and neither one of us could finish out complete meal it means we got a to go box! We come to bonefish all the time it's our go to place because service is always excellent and the food is always excellent. On fish also has a dine rewards program where every visit accounts and on the fourth visit you get 50% off your meal. This also includes Carrabba's Flemings, and outback. We have redeemed our 50% off many times. The service was very good and our waitress Hayley couldn't have been more attentive to us, even sending us home with a drink to go(non alcoholic)! Picked up dinner last night to have pool side. Called in order for a fall special that first no one answered the phone. Had to hang up and call back since we had questions. Person answered and didn't know menus and had to look it up , then said they didn't have it. Husband said since the guy didn't seem to know the menus to call back again. Next time asked for reservations and got a very nice, well informed young girl who answered our questions and transferred us to some one who knew the menus. My husband pulled up to one of the special parking spots and no one ever came out. So he went in and got it. He had the Swordfish. It was awful, dry and no flavor. He had spinach with it that sat in a pool of green water, that was tasteless. We ordered it with out salt and pepper this time, guess that's the only seasonings. For the price just not worth it and not chef worthy. Only decent thing was the pumpkin ravioli. Thought we would give it a chance again, never again. read more

This visit was my first time trying the Calamari and it was delicious.. Light and Crispy not greasy or fishy... The added peppers are a nice accompaniment.. Our personal favorite Bang Bang Shrimp was perfect as usual and the Black Berry Sangria sweet and refreshing... A house salad made this a meal for my husband and myself... My in laws love going here and they come often. This was my first time here and first time in Florida. They took us to have dinner here and we had great service and delicious food. I didn't get a picture of everything, and only got a pic of the appetizer. Lol. Price is reasonable for a seafood place, that isn't solely fish. My father in law had a 16 oz steak that came out dry and cold, but they were quick to fix it and made sure to check in on how the new steak was. The steak was also taken care of on the bill, which was greatly appreciated. Awesome service! They never let our cups go empty and made sure to keep empty dishes out the way. Will always return, and recommend this place for a nice date. read more

We are very much regulars at the Bonefish Trinity location. As we see often staff are changing, however we are still very impressed with the staff and food preparations from this Bonefish. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant, as well as great bar service from Jeanette. Honestly, it is just a very welcoming restaurant to dine at. Annually I take my employees out for a nice Christmas dinner and this year we decided to go to Bonefish Grill. Our reservation for 12 was set for 8pm. I am not sure where to start as it seemed that everyone at our table was attended to except me. I ordered a simple glass of ice tea while others were ordering their favorites from the bar. All these fancy drinks flying around the table as I quietly was just trying to get sweetener for my tea. I must have waited 5 to 10 minutes before I got the sweetener after asking for it three different times. HELLO, I AM PAYING THE BILL HERE, YOU MIGHT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF ME TOO. The whole time I am thinking that if I was a waiter it might be a good idea to know who the tipper was. Dinner was finally served after the appetizers and salads were all finished. There were maybe 8 different types of dishes ordered throughout the table. Everyone received their food except me. Several of my guests were completely finished and didn't realize I hadn't even been served yet. They were finished and I was told it would be another 6 minutes. It was 18 minutes before I finally got up and went into the kitchen to confront the manager. I was not happy. They apologized but that really didn't make me feel any better. I told them that I was extremely dissatisfied with this issue and that I am the guy that brought these twelve people into this place and I am extremely irritated. I figured that we were so close to Outback Steakhouse that maybe they finally went over there and got me the steak. All this happening to me and to top it off, the restaurant was almost completely empty. No excuse for being a busy kitchen, everyone was almost gone from the dining room. Final Grades. 1-5. Service. 2, Food 3, Prices. 3. Management. 1 Bottom line is this, this party wasn't about me, it was about my guests, thank God they all got good service. Best advice I can give you. Before the pandemic we loved going to Bonefish for date night or when the family came to visit. We generally always had a positive experience and the food was always excellent. Since then we have started using the to go option through DoorDash. Completely understanding it might not be as great as eating in but still expecting good quality food from Bonefish. Our first 2 to go orders were pretty good overall and we had no complaints. However, the last few orders have been horrible. Either some of the food quality was below Bonefishes normal standard or there were missing food items that we payed extra for. In one case we had both missing food items and chicken that tasted like it was processed crap with none of the sauce it was supposed to come with. As well as missing sides items we payed for. Unfortunately, after 3 bad experiences in a row I am not sure we will giving them anymore of our business . read more

We have been going to the Trinity Bone Fish since it opened. Over 100 dinner visits. We always call ahead to make "reservations ". I don't know why. The young girls at check in are not trained and do not get management support. Last night 7:00pm checked in. She said your table is being set. Twenty minutes later with 16 available tables, my wife asked for the manager. Long story short, manager said if you don't like it go someplace else or I will call the authorities. They advertised that they remodeled the restaurant, which they did a little, but the menu has been deliciously updated (thankfully leaving the Bang Bang Shrimp). My husband and I enjoyed the $55 dinner for two special. I had the plank salmon and my husband had the lobster stuffed shrimp. It was perfect! The meal came with a scrumptious dessert (we chose the chocolate creme brûlée with homemade whipped topping). We normally do not have dessert but since it was part of the deal, we had something we normally wouldn't have had and it was a huge treat. This Bonefish is our go-to for birthdays & other celebrations. Consistently great food, service & with reservations no waiting. Billy waited on us tonite & did an excellent job. Being older we do eat earlier so not as busy as later would be. I had the Grilled Haddock with a lemon sauce that really showcased the fish with such a light touch. Awesome. Hubby had the Filet cooked to a perfect medium rare...he was happy. Bartender did a great job with our drinks too. Never disappointed with the bang-bang shrimp either. We have been going to bonefish for years since moving to the area - at least once or twice a week and have had parties there. After my most recent experience, I will not be going back. I understand, they may be understaffed, however, We had a reservation and upon arrival the hostess told us it would be an hour to an hour an a half wait. No courtesy call to let us know. To make matters worse, the hostess was very rude about it. We are loyal patrons, therefore, my family did not deserve this. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more
