Our team decided to go to Bonefish Grill one night for dinner because someone wanted salmon for dinner and we knew we could get great salmon at Bonefish Grill. I love Bonefish Grill and the food is excellent along with the wonderful service. This dining experience was no exception, because we were treated to a wonderful server, Faith, who was fantastic and amazing. She took very good care of our team and did not leave us waiting for anything. The ambiance is always on point at Bonefish Grill and very cozy and relaxing. I ordered the Mediterranean Atlantic salmon special with rice and Kung Pao Brussels sprouts for my vegetable. The Kung Pao Brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious and melted in my mouth. The Mediterranean Atlantic salmon was pure heaven and enjoyment, and loved every bite I took of the salmon. Someone ordered the bang pow shrimp as an appetizer to share with everyone. It was fantastic and tasted incredible! I have never had a bad meal at Bonefish Grill and this experience was no exception. Everything was wonderful and flawless with the meal and Faith was awesome as a server. I'm sure if I am back in Little Rock AR for business, we will back here for dinner. Decided to try this place on a whim and an early Christmas treat out & about as the menu had a few items we'd usually enjoy but when the food came it was lackluster. Shrimp and scallop pasta was over powered with lemon juice and the cream sauce having little to no flavor to balance it out and coated with paprika that still couldn't be tasted over the straight up lemon sauce pasta. Truffle fries had an off colored dark sauce on top that didn't taste like anything but just drizzled over extremely over seasoned black fries that were very very salty. Tried to get ranch to drown out the saltiness because I was so hungry and couldn't bear more than a few bites of the pasta. Meanwhile you would think my husbands meal totaling almost $60 would be the star of the show and make up for the meal but his mahi mahi and shrimp was burnt to a crisp and under seasoned & he rated it a 2/10. His lobster was cooked decently but had no flavor to it and he tried to have a smile and enjoy his lunch to hide that he was so disappointed in how his meal turned out. You'd think for having entrees all over $25+ that you'd have a decently flavored, quality food for the price but we were definitely misled by the nice ambience and attractive menu. I will give a 10/10 on the service here. The staff were friendly, tried their best to give good recommendations and were attentive. This place would've been a 1 star in my opinion if the staff didn't completely save our lunch! read more

Yes i know it's a chain but listen. The service is always great. Mistakes, if any, are quickly handled. The servers are so kind. The bar staff rocks. The food is consistent. That's important. I love going here alone and sitting in the bar area. It's usually quite quiet but Saturday evenings can be really busy. They also have brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Generally love Bonefish grill, but this location is horrible. I visit Little Rock to see family and the experience has been steadily downhill over last few years. This time around i placed an order for pickup. It was delayed multiple times, first I was told it was 10 minutes late, then no updates and after 15 minutes of waiting i was told another 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes of waiting..and the it's a couple of minutes. No proactive updates, no apology. Finally 30 minutes later, someone rushes to us, yells my name, shoves it in my hands and turns around and walks back. Massive training and retraining required. read more

At the end of the day, our experience was okay but it's not worth a return visit. We had dinner at the Bonefish Grill on a Sunday evening. It was pretty empty in there and I think I understand why. Our server was excellent--super attentive and even got us a military discount because I didn't like my drink. But our server was definitely the highlight of the experience. I ordered a sangria that tasted like cough syrup. Barely drinkable. And the bang bang shrimp, which I used to love, was way too sweet. The blackened cod entree tasted pretty good but the atmosphere of the whole place felt tired and honestly a little gross. My booth was dirty, my silverware wasn't clean, and the plates were so old and scuffed it made me question the sanitation of the whole place. It all gave off "needs a deep clean ASAP" energy. Disappointing all around and not a good introduction to Bonefish Grill for my spouse. There's just too many other places that are better. read more

I have celiac disease which I told the waiter as soon as he came up. I was provided a gluten "friendly" menu. After bringing out our waters he brought a large plate of bread for the table and placed it directly in front of me. I had a sirloin and salad for my meal. When I ordered he said they would try to be careful in preparing the meal. The steak tasted great but I was sick for four days after eating the meal. read more

I've always loved bonefish. This was my first time at this location and unfortunately it wasn't as great as the Florida ones but my food was still delicious. Let me explain. Came here for brunch not dinner. When brought out the free bread and oil, delicious, the little plates they gave us to eat off of were dirty. The silverware was also dirty. We had to ask for new. It was not busy at all we were the third table seated in there. Then we had our drinks, ordered our food, my friend was brought a completely wrong entree so she had to wait to recook her food. My other friend had not our waitress, but a girl helping, spill her full drink all over the table. And we are not big complainers so we didn't cause a fuss and NOTHING was comped so we paid full price For dirty plates and to have a drink spilled on us. And they looked at us like we were the problem! Anyways food was good. My friend did not like her French toast sticks at all. I didn't try them so can't speak on it. I however did love what I ordered. It was so good I'm sad I couldn't give 5 stars. I had the crab soufflé. It came with tiny crispy potatoes and bacon on the side and every bite of everything was delicious. Another friend has the caprese soufflé and thought the same. I love Bonefish! I was traveling for work and found a Bonefish close to our offices. I went to the bar since I was alone and didn't want to waste a table for just one. Two girls working the bar. I get it they were busy, however, it took about 15 minutes for one to even acknowledge I was there. I asked for a glass of wine and a menu. Afet about 10 minutes I got the wine and the menu. In the meantime, 3 young girls came in and sat at the bar. hey instantly got their drinks and about 10-minutes later received appetizers. Neither waitress EVER asked me what I'd like to eat. After 40 minutes, I had finished my glass of wine and by that time I wasn't going to order anything. I asked the waitress how much for my wine. She looked at me and walked off. I assumed she was going to print my ticket, but she didn't after another 5 minutes, I asked her again louder. The other waitress who had been making drinks for the servers said I'll get you. She printed my ticket, I laid cash on the bar and walked out. I've never had such poor service ANYWHERE. I always give servers the greatest respect, and tip well, and very well when deserved. This service was absolutely the opposite from what I'm accustomed to at Bonefish. I hope they see this and do better. read more

We arrived a few minutes early for our 6pm reservation and were asked if we would mind sitting in the bar area to accommodate the wait staff. We had mentioned in reservation that this was a birthday celebration. Today's specials were on a poor printed xerox. Could not read first word all the way down left side. Waitress greeted us with bread and olive oil and gave us slightly better print out. Smoky bourbon cocktails were ordered but were unavailable due to smoke device being down, today's entree special was sold by 6pm in a mostly empty restaurant, received appetizer ahead of any drinks including water, reordered different entree. Food was okay but not great. Waitress asked if we cared for dessert , we did. Got our bill and finally my birthday was acknowledged with Happy Birthday written on bill! How thoughtful! I used to love Bonefish Grill unfortunately the food and service has declined. Calamari was a joke, basically scraps and crumbs. The fish and chips were good and the butterfish was decent but service was not the greatest. It's sad to see the decline in many of these restaurants! read more

Great food. I had the salmon with the lemon caper sauce and my friend had the chicken with the cream spinach. For dessert we tried the flourless brownie and it was amazingly! The margarita is personally not something I will get again. Everything was very well presented. The service was impeccable. Everyone was nice, we did not have to wait to long at all. read more

I Thought A Long Time Before Sending This But My Experience Was Questionable From The Start As Our Reservation Was Confirmed But There Was No Record Of It When We Arrived. Our Server Kelton B Was Like A Deer In Headlights. We Sat And Water And Bread Was Brought Out And Although We Asked Numerous Times We Couldn't Get Any Utensils. On Top Of That My Wife Ordered A Glass Of Chardonnay And To No Surprise Although Asking About It, The Wine Never Made It To The Table. This Was One Of Those Experiences Where You Think To Yourself "Why Would I Ever Go Back". Not Quite Sure We Would At This Point.
