What a disappointment…read more I came here to pick out a paint color for my front door due to many recommendations (I originally just wanted to hit up Home Depot / Rona) but instead gave Sherwin Williams a shot. Upon entering the store there was only one customer in there. We were not greeted, so we just looked around a the paint swatches, chose one and went up to the desk to inquire about getting a bucket of this stuff. Everything sounded promising, and we got great advice, unfortunately that is where it ended. I guess something happened to the mixing machine and when the associate went to mix our paint, the paint overflowed from the paint can. A lot of technical terms were used so we left our number and went for coffee in hopes that it would be ready by the time we were finished ... We never got a phone call. Its 5:30 now and they are closed. Total disappointment and so much confusion for a can of paint. :(

He didn't clean up after the installation, and left shards of metal (from drilling screws into the window panes) all over the window sills and floors. Called the company to come back to install longer pull chains, and there has been no response. Do not recommend.

Solid wood, beautiful tongue and grove framework with reinforced legs and very strong backs - the craftsmanship is excellent. What's even more amazing, was the price: only slightly more than IKEA, and I really believe they will last a lifetime. The purchasing experience was also great. We were assisted by the owners daughter who ran us through everything. We had just moved so we opted for the 0% interest for a year (then laid it all off in one go), and while the bank mess up my name on the actual deal, the in-store purchase was great! As for the rest of the merchandise, it's a little ornate for my taste with a few super modern pieces thrown in. Prices are average for such a store, but since it's a family run business they really want to please their customers which can really make it worth the visit.

Giving a 1 star review is over rating. "I purchased this sofa set expecting high quality and…read moredurability, given its so high price tag. Initially, it looked great and felt comfortable, but after only 1 month of use, the cushions lost their shape and became flat, the fabric started to wear down and fray, and the frame developed squeaks. For such an expensive set, I expected much better durability. I've tried to reach out to customer service, but I didn't receive the support I anticipated. It's incredibly frustrating to invest so much in a sofa that just can't hold up to normal use. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone, especially considering the price point. There are far better options out there for the money."
