Your expertise, patience, and dedication put us in a positive direction with both. When Mio came to you, he was grieving with the loss of his brother Tuffy. He was sad, aggressive, and lost. You helped him gain his confidence back and let him find his happiness again with us. We brought an eight-week-old puppy, Enzo to our home about a month after the loss of our 12 year old Shih Tzu Tuffy. The puppy is adorable but has some personality quirks that have challenged us. You gave us the tools and information to help us deal with his severe separation anxiety. It is a journey for both of us. Your approach to training humans is paramount in the success and journey of training dogs. The human part of the training is to set yourself back to "zero". We had to acknowledge that we knew nothing about the training journey we were embarking on. All the dogs and experience before is just what it was ...before! We had looked into a couple trainers, but knew that our Maya needed someone special to help bring out her personality. She was a shy, scared and nervous puppy when she checked into her Board and Train ("Boot Camp" is what we called it). What a difference even just a week made! We were able to visit Maya each weekend at the Gilchrist park/Farmers Market walk. Every time you could tell how much she had changed. Mark even took time with our son Hayden to coach him on how to work with her and his skills of handling her in the show ring. Every day we received videos and photos of our baby girl. If we had questions or concerns the staff was always quick to respond. Our girl stayed an extra week, which she needed, since she's going to be such a big girl (Great Dane). We have recommended ACD to several friends and would definitely recommend you give them a try if you have a dog that needs some help with manners.

When we got them back they went from completely untrained to trained in every way! Door manners, in the car, on the leash, and other basic commands, you name it! They were crazy about food and now they will sit in front of food and wait to eat it when they are told. It's amazing! We then brought them back for a tune up when our son was born. It was awesome knowing they were with people who knew them and loved them. Our dog Charlie ran and jumped in the lake immediately! Happy as can be. A huge shoutout to Derrick! When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. Grooming Services- I arrived a few minutes early,…read more She was just finishing up a grooming. I watched the pups at both stations were calm and cooperated with the Pet Stylists. Commented on their behavior- Wondering to myself - this is going to be an experience- my pups run when this see the brush in my hand, and not a fans of confinement. I tried to give her a heads up. I have a 3year old Pomsky - she rules and controls most situations. The Siberian Husky in her demands that, the Pomeranian in her just adds to watch me - lol And I have a 10 month Samoyed, Shes a big girl already weighting in at 39 pounds. She also demands attention and they do make some commotion at times. Between the two She will be more likely to cooperate with the stylist. I joked and said which would you like first the excited and wild or happy all I want to do is be in your face? Allisyn chose the wild Pomsky. They were only getting a their nails trimmed. SAMMi went along turning her head to see if I was there, but went to table station. Table had many leashes and hooks to help keep the pups in place. SAMMi was challenging, trying to take back her paws, but she her was able to trim her nails down in no time at all. STEVi was next, she didnt look back - went along to the station. These stations were designed to keep them standing and in place to make the stylist job somewhat smooth and timely. STEVi figured out how to sit and have her nails trimmed. I watched and was amazed at the controll, patience and skill she had when handling my puppies. Well - ALLISYN is a dog whisperer. Happy to say it went well. No issues at all. Done in 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable, compared to many. As for PetSmart - store was clean, well stocked and organized. I would recommend ALLISYN for your pups in need of a nail trimming- thats the only service here I can comment on.

We worked with Kylee in the grooming area and she made the extra effort to help ease my girl when we arrived, and the grooming was fast and trimmed to perfection.
